As well as spending a year observing a therapist specialising in addiction, Natasha’s qualifications include being a certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid England and eating disorder charity Beat.

As a youth MHFA trainer, Natasha developed her own resources around self-harm. She has also worked alongside the Dove Self-Esteem project for schools and sat on a board which advises the All Parties’ Parliamentary Group on Body Image.

Natasha is a member of the Speakers Charter, which demands a high level of quality and good practice when delivering presentations (a copy of the charter can be provided upon request). She attends a minimum of four sessions of continuing professional development every year and has up-to-date DBS check which can be seen upon request.

To create her classes, Natasha consults with a range of experts in neuroscience, psychology and psychiatry. These include Dr Pooky Knightsmith (Vice Chair of the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition), Dr Ben Hine (Senior Lecturer at University of West London, specialising in gender), Dr David Bainbridge (Reproductive Biologist at Cambridge University specialising in Adolescence), Professor Keon West (Goldsmith’s University, specialising in body image and race) and Dr Thomas Curran (LSE, specialising in perfectionism).
