Most, however, would rather get the best grade their capable of and sacrifice their wellbeing than the other way around. In this class, Natasha explains why it isn’t a binary choice. 

Keeping our brains healthy ensures we perform better cognitively, have a better ability to retain information, problem solve and think creatively. 

This class explores simple and effective ways to do just that.
