I regularly receive emails from pupils after visiting their school. I adhere to safeguarding protocol insofar as if they share anything with me which indicates they or someone else is in physical or psychological danger I will report this to a member of school staff. 

I do not give anyone who contacts me advice which would fall under the remit of a counsellor or psychotherapist. I may refer them to the organisations listed at www.natashadevon.com/advice-support or advise they speak to their GP, school counsellor or other professional.
